I have been to this shop for u-haul rentals only and I will say, it’s one of the BEST customer service interactions I have as a consumer. No matter who I encounter during registration or return, there is NEVER an issue. So if you want a smooth start to a moving experience, this is the place to go! Great customer service I needed to ship a gift and they ensured it got there with two days. They wrapped it for me to ensure it wouldn’t be damaged and I’ll return when I have other shipping needs.
